We produce lab dips or sample swatches for testing texture, color, hand-feel, and function. Multiple rounds of iteration are possible.
Once samples are approved, we initiate pre-production testing and confirm all parameters (yarn count, weave, dye method, shrinkage, etc.)
Your fabric is manufactured at one of our certified partner mills, with ongoing QC checks at each stage.
We conduct final inspections and pack rolls per your instructions (polybagged, labeled, barcode-ready, etc.), ready for international shipment.
